  • Yes. You can either pay a refundable deposit in cash or via bank transfer — or leave an ID/passport as collateral.
    The deposit will be returned in full if you return the gear on time, clean and dry, and without any major damage beyond normal wear and tear.

  • You can pay in cash or via bank transfer.
    Unfortunately, card payments and terminals are not available at the moment.

  • We understand — sometimes plans shift. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

    • ✅ Free cancellation within 48 hours of placing your rental order
    • ⚠️ After 48 hours, cancellations incur a 10% administrative fee
    • ⏳ 48–24 hours before the start date: we refund 50% of your prepayment
    • ❌ Less than 24 hours before the rental: prepayment is non-refundable

    Note: For group rentals, festivals, or on-site service bookings, stricter cancellation terms apply — these are discussed individually when booking.
